I have a limited number of slots available to take commissions for House and Wedding Venue Portraits. These can be either black and white line drawings or watercolour paintngs. Prices start at £50 for A5, £75 for A4 and £100 for A3. The prices will depend on individual cases such as how detailed the house is (brickwork, number of windows etc). 
Very intricate buildings (such as wedding venues) will be more expensive due to the time it takes to recreate the detail. Prices for these would usually begin at £75 for A5, £100 for A4 and £150 for A3.
I will liaise with you throughout the process to determine if you want extra things included like a family pet or any text at the bottom of the picture such as the street/building name or family/couple's name.
